In addition to the services as outlined in the process of design:

T S A has experience and provides services for additional facets of the architectural design profession. Mr. Strat has personal additional experiences as a developer with residential and commercial projects in Michigan and Florida.

He served on the City of Troy Planning Commission for 12 years and Zoning Board of Appeals. Currently, Mr. Strat serves on the Waterford Township Planning Commission.

Some additional related architectural design profession services offered include:

• Experience with municipal zoning boards and variance requests.
• Experience with municipal site plan approval.
• Assist in the evaluation of site selection.
• Feasibility studies of renovations and/or additions.
• Assist in evaluating the purchase of an existing structure for potential renovation.
• Interior design with fabric, furniture, and paint color selection in addition to purchasing options.
